DAYTON — Sidney Ohio Building LLC filed for Chapter 11 protection on Wednesday, Aug. 18, in U.S. Bankruptcy Court.
The commercial building, located at 113 N. Ohio Ave. in downtown Sidney, had been scheduled to go on the block at a sheriff’s sale on Wednesday, precipitating the bankruptcy filing, said Paul Hoffer, the attorney representing Sidney Ohio Building LLC in U.S. Bankruptcy Court. The filing is only a skeleton filing, with more details to be filed within 14 days, he said.
